The misty rain and cool temperatures couldn’t dampen the spirits of the participants at this year’s Annual Gooding Group Customer Appreciation Golf Outing. Held at Foxchase Golf Club in Stevens, PA, on September 27, 2024, the event brought together customers, partners, and friends of GSM Roofing and GSM Industrial for a day of camaraderie, competition, and giving back to the community.
While the weather was less than ideal, our attendees braved the elements and enjoyed a full day of golf, great prizes, and important announcements. The event was a wonderful opportunity for us to show our appreciation to the customers who have supported GSM Roofing and GSM Industrial over the years, and it also gave us the chance to make a meaningful impact in our community.
Golfing for a Cause
This year’s golf outing wasn’t just about customer appreciation—it was also about supporting a cause that is deeply personal to the Gooding family. GSM Roofing is proud to have raised $13,500 during the event for the Alzheimer’s Association, continuing our commitment to fighting this devastating disease.
The Alzheimer’s Association is a cause close to the hearts of the Gooding family, especially in memory of Mary Gooding, who was lost to the disease. The Great Roof Giveaway Winners
One of the highlights of the event was the announcement of the winners of this year’s GSM Great Roof Giveaway. This giveaway is our way of giving back to local organizations that are making a difference in the community, helping them continue their missions by providing much-needed roof repairs.
This year, we were thrilled to announce Good Samaritan Services and Homefields Care Farm as the recipients of this generous giveaway:
Good Samaritan Services received labor and materials for roof repairs of the Ephrata Emergency Housing, valued at up to $10,500. This vital support will help Good Samaritan Services continue their incredible work of providing shelter and resources to those in need. Check out their contest entry video here.
Homefields Care Farm was awarded up to $6,000 in materials and labor to repair the roof of their house and shed.
