• Grace Prepufe 300R Under-slab Elevator Pit Waterproofing
• Grace Bituthene 3000-LT Below Grade Wall Waterproofing: Including prime peel and stick, drainage board, and 2-inch 25-psi DOW insulation.
• American Hydrotech MM6125 Hot Melt Monolithic Waterproofing: Waterproofing structural concrete slab, EFVM and 24-hour water flood test, HydroDrain Al, 6 inches of 60-psi PlazaMate insulation, and 4-inch concrete topping slab.
• American Hydrotech MM6125 Hot Melt Plaza Roofs: Similar to the above without HydroDrain, finished with pedestal and pavers.
• Virginia Slate Roofing: Random 4-color slate roofing with copper gutters, custom fascia, and soffits.
• Firestone (Elevate) Single-ply EPDM Shed Dormer Roof
• Change Orders: Three custom-designed stainless steel caps.
